Mr Walker was my form tutor for three years and he did the best job he could within the school.

In Year 7, I joined Spalding Grammar School and he was the first teacher I met and he provided me with the biggest and kindest welcome to this school.

If anyone had any problems, Mr Walker would notice and help us before doing anything else

Throughout the years I spent with him, I looked up to him as a teacher and as a friend.

Mr Walker took care of our form (SW1) very well. If anyone had any problems, Mr Walker would notice and help us before doing anything else.

Also in those years, he inspired many students to do many things. Mr Walker would always help us in making important decisions, such as my GCSE choices. He inspired me to do business as one option.

He would always want us to reach for our goals and give us the confidence to say what we want to say, even if other people think that you might be wrong.

So all I can say is that, if Mr Walker had never joined this school, then Spalding Grammar School would not be the same today.
