TWO trees will be removed from the side of the A151 in West Pinchbeck to make way for eight new parking spaces.
South Holland District Council had the proposal approved by councillors on the planning committee last Tuesday.
The trees, along with a number of shrubs, sit on land between the main road and an existing lay-by on Dozens Bank.
The parking will serve nearby council tenants.
Councillors voted unanimously to back the plans.
