Artistic youngsters have been awarded medals and certificates for taking part in The Great South Holland Artsathlon.
Originally inspired by the London 2012 Olympic Games, the annual event organised by South Holland District Council invites children aged four upwards to take part in arts activities during the summer holidays.
Participants are awarded points for each activity which are added up to determine winners of either Bronze, Silver or Gold medals.
This year youngsters enjoyed a wide variety of activities including acting, sculpting and reading.
They were rewarded for their efforts during a special ceremony at the South Holland Centre in Spalding which saw Coun Gary Taylor, portfolio holder for community, hand out medals and certificates to the delighted children.
Coun Taylor said: “It was a pleasure to present the medals to the children in recognition of the efforts they put into creative activities during the summer holidays.
“I would like to thank everyone who took part. It was clear that they all enjoyed themselves.”
