Fen Boy is the tale of a tiny creature made from mud who gets the better of his new master.
The production, which uses masks, vibrant storytelling and puppetry, was shown out of doors in Spalding town centre last year.
Now the theatre company behind the production, Strangeface, is taking the show to a wider audience.
The performance is also moving indoors and has been expanded into a one-hour show.
Fen Boy will be shown on Tuesday, October 27 at Quadring Village Hall and on Wednesday, October 28 at Long Sutton Barns, both at 3pm.
Tickets are available from 01775 821229 (Quadring) and 01406 362500 (Long Sutton).
Future productions will be at Spalding High School on November 4 (7pm, 01775 722110 for tickets), Crowland Abbey on November 7 (7pm, 01733 211692 or visit All Sorts shop next to Trinity Bridge on East Street) and Swineshead Village Hall on November 9 (6.30pm, 01205 821877).
Tickets for all performances are £5 for adults, £3 concessions and £12 for a family, available from the various phone numbers given.
The Fen Boy tour is being supported by Transported, whose aim is to take the arts to places where people live, work and play.
