Staff's caring touch is valued

YOU kindly printed a letter from me recently thanking members of the emergency services who attended a crash involving my daughter.

Now my daughter is home after three weeks in Pilgrim Hospital, Boston, I would like to thank all staff on ward 3A for exceptional caring beyond what is expected in a hospital. It’s the little touches that make all the difference.

Also I would like to thank the staff in the intensive care unit 2C.

It was quite clear to see that all these people cared about the patients.
