So angry by cuts in rubbish service

I write in response to the recent article regarding the £750,000 allocated to Mr Harrell’s eco project in Long Sutton by Lincolnshire County Council.

I was incensed to find out the council has cut weekend rubbish collections from rural villages.

Long Sutton people now have a 30-mile round trip to Spalding to the refuse disposal site instead of one vehicle collecting all the rubbish.

I thought we paid council tax to fund council services, NOT to prop up private businesses.
