The cans and bottles in Victoria Street car park, as shown by Coun Roger Gambba Jones in the Spalding Guardian of February 2, are all of East European origin.

No John Smith’s or Newcastle Brown Ale cans evident. Need I say more!

The Council welcomes the new plight of rubbish. More littering = more work for the Council to charge for to justify their existence. Don't expect any kind of constructive solution, those are not good for a Council that needs a community to be dependent upon it.
