Moulton house sales hopefully signal good news for local property market

WE are writing to you on a matter that has pleased us incredibly.

Having been depressed and put off with the housing market in recent years it delighted us to see two houses in Ashby Gardens, next door neighbours no less, being sold in a matter of weeks at this time of the year.

Obviously we can’t say who sold them, but we were impressed at the speed these two houses were sold.

It has made us consider getting our house on the market, now that things seem to be getting better.

Hopefully, this is the beginning of a good upturn for property.
