GUARDIAN ANGEL: Angel should have slowed chariot down

With reference to the your latest news from ‘Our girl about town’ Guardian Angel nearly running over someome carrying an umbrella.

If Angel used her powers of observation she might have noticed two large 5mph signs on entering Morrisons and slowed her ‘chariot’ down.

Then no unfortunate person shielding themselves under an umbrella would need to ‘feel the pain’, as she put it, by her not being able to stop. Just a thought.
