Your chance to vote in the South Holland Pride Awards
THE nominations are all in - and it's time for you to have your say on the South Holland Pride Awards.
We've spent the last few months asking to hear about your top unsung heroes of the community and now we need your help to decide two of our winners.
The Spalding Guardian has teamed with South Holland District Council to reward the people who do their utmost to improve community life.
Simply select your favourite Citizen of the Year and Child of Courage entrant and vote for them
*by post using the coupons on this page, sending them to Pride Awards, Spalding Guardian (editorial), Priory House, The Crescent, Spalding, Lincs, PE11 1AB.
*or by text. Simply send a message starting with the word LFPPRIDE followed by a space and the four digit number of the person you are voting for followed by your name, house number, post code and daytime contact telephone number (if different to the mobile used to send the text) and send it to 81800.
Text messages cost 1 in addition to the standard network charge and should contain no more than 160 characters. Text entries must be received by midnight on Wednesday, October 28.
If you enter after the stated closing date/time your vote may still be charged but will not be vaild.
Paper coupon votes must reach our offices by 9am on Thursday, October 29.

The winners will be announced at an awards night at the South Holland Centre on November 12.
The other categories - Young Citizen of the Year, Young Achiever, Community Group of the Year, Green Volunteer of the Year, Caring Neighbour and Carer of the Year - will be judged by a panel made up of people from the council, newspaper and South Holland Youth Council.
