ELEVEN potential Flower Queens arrived at Tulip Radio in Spalding this evening to stake their claim for the 2013 title.

Preliminary interviews were conducted by Tulip’s Jan Whitbourn and Spalding Guardian and Lincolnshire Free Press editor Jeremy Ransome.

The entrants will be whittled down to five, who will contest the title at a special reception at Ayscoughfee Hall next Friday evening.
