Tidy up warning for dog exercise area

Dog owners using an exercise area for their pets in a Holbeach park have been warned to clean up any mess left or risk losing the facility.

Complaints from residents about the state of the exercise area in Carter’s Park were discussed at a parish council meeting on Monday when chairman Coun Peter Savory confirmed there was no immediate threat to close it down. But he added: “People are welcome to use the exercise area as long as they clear up any mess left by their dogs, otherwise we could close down the facility.
