Spalding’s new flea market got off to a flying start on Saturday in Red Lion Street.
Traders selling vintage items like clothing, jewellery, toys, records and bric-a-brac are manning the stalls to add another attraction to market day.
Organisers Anna Avery and Jane Fletcher, who run florists Flowers ‘N’ Things, have also invited charities to take one of the four stalls and the first to take part was Cancer Research.
Anna said they were thrilled with the first day and the stalls brought more shoppers into Red Lion Street
She said: “I was surprised how many shoppers were down here.
“It was super – really, really good. I was very, very pleased.”
