Service with A Smile winner
The first ever Service With A Smile Award went to Nikki Wilkinson, of Strands of Spalding.
The category received 179 nominations for friendly faces across south Lincolnshire who greet customers with a warm glow while they work.
Nikki received far more votes than anyone else but a mystery shopper made the final decision from the top three.
She is a senior stylist at the hair salon and has been there for ten years.
It is her first and only job and she said: "I was very nervous but excited.
"Being friendly comes with my job.
"It's just working in a good environment and having great customers.
"I will certainly be buzzing at work tomorrow morning."
