Designer's work features in catwalk show

A HOLBEACH fashion designer has had three of her creations featured in a London fashion show.

The outfits from Kayleigh Parsons’ graduate collection, Reptiles Skin, were selected for the London Clothes Show Live catwalk at London’s Excel.

Kayleigh is currently studying for a fashion and textiles degrees at the University of Northampton and Reptiles Skin is based on her large bold, bright, colourful paintings where she has used a palette knife to create texture and movement throughout.

Her collection is a mixture of digital prints and the screenprinting of foils with sponsorship from Foilco Limited.

All garments are tight fitting as though they are just a second skin – a reptile skin, over the human skin.

Kayleigh is a former Spalding Grammar School student and studied BTEC Foundation Art and Design at Isle College, Wisbech.
