Crash motorcyclist lost finger

The motorcyclist hurt in a road crash on the A1101 at Long Sutton on Monday lost a finger and suffered multiple fractures. 
Police say the 28-year-old Norfolk man’s condition has improved in hospital.

The accident happened at about 6.45am and a 56-year-old Kirton man, who was driving a Land Rover, was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and bailed to May 25.

Police twice closed the road to investigate the accident scene on Monday.
