BREAKING NEWS: One person dead in home fire
One person has been killed in a bungalow fire this morning (Saturday).
Another occupant of the home in Princes Street, Sutton Bridge, was rescued by neighbours.
Firefighting crews from Long Sutton, Sutton Bridge and Norfolk were called at 7.37am.
A Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue spokesman said one person was confirmed dead at the scene.
The condition of the rescued person is unclear.
An investigation into the cause of the blaze is under way.
