Artwork up for auction
The stunning work of 28 artists is going under the hammer for charity.
For the first two weeks of the new term students at Skylark Studios in Tydd Gote worked on copying individual 30cm by 40cm sections of an existing Van Gogh work unaware of the larger picture.
The work was chosen by studio owner Louise Stebbing and shows blossom trees in Arles, Wisbech's twin town.
The final result of students' efforts, measuring 210cm by 160cm, will be auctioned to raise money for West Anglia Crossroads, a Wisbech-based organisation providing support for carers.
The picture is on display at Skylark Studios until Saturday, February 28.
The auction will be by silent bids to be handed in or posted to Skylark Studios by no later than Wednesday.
