Children and their parents have been learning more about maintaining a healthy weight at the start of a 12-week Fit Kids course.

The course at The Fitness Company in Spalding means youngsters aged eight to 11 can take part in fun activities, as well as sessions on healthy eating and then take part in a second weekly exercise choice such as dance classes or gym sessions.

The class is held on Mondays, from 4pm to 5pm, for a maxiumum of 12 children.
