The top two boys and two girls from each participating school were determined at heats that ran from November to February and these
finalists then came together to compete for individual titles as well as the coveted ‘Target Team Award’, awarded to the overall winning school.

Abi Schofield, the local Great British triathlete,
attended to give the participating students encouragement throughout the day and to speak to them about her varied and successful career, before presenting the awards.

Local food supplier Freshdrop helped keep the exhausted students refreshed during the day-long event, by kindly donating fresh fruit, which was professionally hand prepared by Boston College Catering students, alongside water and cereal bars were donated by Tesco.

University Academy Holbeach stole the title from Boston High school by winning ‘The Target Team Award’. Collecting the winning trophy from Abi Schofield were team members Jack Keeble, Tyger Atkin, Shania Tween and Abbie Somerville.
