SUTTON Bridge people who want to lose weight, cut down on smoking or eat more healthily are now getting free support from the South Lincolnshire Community and Voluntary Service.

SLCVS is holding drop-in sessions from 9am-4pm on Thursdays at the Curlew Centre to help people meet a variety of health-related goals.

Health trainer Theresa Lewis said: “Our team are here to support you in achieving your health goals, whatever they may be.

“We’re here to listen, support you to change your lifestyle as well as providing information, help you to set goals, make plans and to encourage and motivate you, accompanying you on a better path to health.

“The drop-in is designed for people to pop along and find out more about our service.”

The sessions also cover how to become more active, cutting alcohol intake and confidence-building.
