Heart classes on the move

Specialist cardiac rehabilitation classes to support patients in their return to living everyday life in South Lincolnshire have moved from Stamford to Bourne.

The weekly sessions have moved from Stamford Hospital into The Centre at Elsea Park in Bourne.

The service, part of Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust, provides a comprehensive programme of exercise and education for adults on a range of topics after a heart attack, heart surgery or procedure.
