There’s a free, fun, interactive programme available for parents and carers of children aged up to 16 starting this month.

It’s packed full of practical ideas to help your family with healthy eating.

The eight-week programme runs at Holbeach’s Reading Rooms from Wednesday, January 16, and at the Market House, Long Sutton, from Thursday, January 17, both from 9.30-11.30am

The programme is free but places are limited.
