People in Lincolnshire are being asked for their views on its Wellbeing Service for people who want to stay independent at home.

The service supported more than 5,000 people across the county last year with adaptations to people’s homes, support, a monitoring and response service.

The Wellbeing Service has had real success in keeping people out of hospital and helping with a range of issues that could affect health and wellbeing

Coun Patricia Bradwell, executive member for adult care and health at Lincolnshire County Council, said:

“The Wellbeing Service was a new service when it was set up but it has had real success in keeping people out of hospital and helping with a range of issues that could affect health and wellbeing.

“We are currently looking at how we can make the service even better going forward as we know it is a valued service.

“Therefore, we would like to know residents’ views about what is most important to them.”
