It was emotional when Act 11 went along to Gedney Hill Primary School. Pre-school children, the reception class and key stage one students joined for songs, drama games that explored emotions and a puppet show. Alison Buddle, headteacher, said: “We wanted children to come along and experience school before they started properly. “This was a really fun way to do it – and also a way of using the school as more of a community hub. We also ran a free multi-sports event in the summer.”
