Clubs and community groups using Gedney Victory Hall have a more comfortable setting thanks to new chairs provided with the help of a windfarm developer.

A £750 grant was given to the hall from a community benefit fund run by Renewable Energy Systems (RES) Ltd, owners of Grange Wind Farm in Tydd St Mary.
Jean Howlett from the hall’s management committee said: “The chairs at the hall were badly in need of changing so we’re very grateful for the contribution from RES Ltd.

“People who use and support the hall have certainly noticed the difference.”
