A Battle of Britain flypast featuring a Dakota aircraft was part of the main event at the third annual Sutton Bridge fun day.
The event, held at Memorial Field in Sutton Bridge, recieved its best turnout in its history at the weekend.
The fun day featured many interesting sights and activities including inflatable rides, vintage vehicles, a gladiator duel and a visit from Lightning McQueen from the film Cars.
There were also many stalls, including face painting and model boats, as well as a bungee run and a barbecue on offer for visitors to enjoy.
Dancers from Rebecca Dear’s school of dance entertained visitors to the fun day, and members of King’s Lynn field archery club were also on hand to give the visitors lessons in archery.
The event was even visited by the BBC Radio Lincolnshire team, as part of the Pirate Gold treasure hunt feature.
One of the organisers, Alan Barber, said: “The fun day was absolutely fantastic and everybody had a brilliant time! Loads of people came to see what was happening and we enjoyed some great weather too. We’re already planning next year’s event and we want it to be bigger and even better than this year.”
