The 18th pantomime put on by the Elizabethan Centre Dramatic Society was promising to live up to the tradition of excellent annual pantos at Whaplode Drove.

It was Mother Goose, involving lots of cheering and hissing in what was described as a real family show with all the panto traditions, plus a few modern touches.

Mother Goose was played by Jonathan Tibbs, Jack was Lindsey Toyne, and those two set out to rescue Jack’s girlfriend Jenny Wren, played by Chelsea Turnell, and Hortense the goose (Lil Maitland).
