Twelve darts players from the Crown Inn and George and Angel pubs in Crowland joined forces to raise cash for the disabled with a 24-hour darts marathon.

The Crown landlord George Minney said the players threw darts in teams of four for two hours at a time, with 587,312 points scored during that time. That included 22 180s and 29 bull’s eyes, he said.
