More than 1,000 people supported Spalding Lions’ fun day on the Sir Halley Stewart playing field.

It was the 11th organised by the Lions and included a fun run for 86 competitors that started in Hall Place. A 10k road race attracted 150 runners, including two from France who camped on the Sir Halley Stewart field with scouts and guides.
