Lincolnshire Cancer Patients and Carers Forum are having a free advice and information event for those living with cancer, their carers and families.

The event, at the South Holland Centre in Spalding on Saturday, October 5 aims to demonstrate how living a healthy lifestyle can help.

Running from noon until 4pm, there will be more than 20 organisations providing information, support, guidance, health advice and demonstrations.

There will be many local support groups in attendance including, Macmillan, Age UK, St Barnabas Hospice and Lincolnshire and Peterborough Hospitals.

There will also be demonstrations of Reiki and Tai Chi, you can even give it a go if you like!

A complimentary lunch is also available to anyone attending, but must be booked in advance.
