A centuries-old tradition continues for the elderly of Clough, Gosberton and Risegate who are in line for a small financial gift for Christmas.
About 400 residents are due to collect gifts from trustees of Gosberton Relief in Need in a tradition going back to the 1600s when widows in the area were given financial help.
