Over 1,000 people turned out to celebrate the first Rainbow Summer Solstice Festival at Tydd St Mary on Saturday.
The event was organised by Naomi Katze in aid of both Cancer Research UK and Guide Dogs UK and opened by local MP John Hayes.
While crowds were entertained by a number of musical acts, including Rocket from Eden, children and adults alike were delighted by the wildlife present.
Not only did Animal Investigation bring along a variety of critters, but Sunbeam Owls offered festival-goers the opportunity to get to know some birds up close.
The unusual food stalls present were also a great selling point of the day, with The Duck Truck in attendance alongside an American sandwich van.
For those looking to embrace the hippy vibe of the festival, reflexologist Karen Bullock was on hand, as were stall holders selling nature-inspired jewellery, Tarot card readings and crystals.
Organiser Naomi Katze said: “The day was exactly what I wanted it to be. I am delighted.”
