A Fairtrade coffee morning at South Holland District Council raised £56.16.

The event in the council’s offices in Priory Road, Spalding, was organised by South Holland Fairtrade Steering Group, which benefited from donations and all funds raised will go to further promoting Fairtrade across the district.

The event was held as part of National Chocolate Week and as well as a cuppa, visitors were able to try Fairtrade goods such as chocolate, fruit and the winning recipe in the group’s recent Chocolate Bake Off competition.
