DEVELOPER Larkfleet Homes has won planning consent to build 35 homes on land off Pennytoft Lane, Pinchbeck, now councillors have agreed conditions to protect a belt of trees.
South Holland District Council’s planning committee passed plans for the homes last month subject to steps being taken to protect trees lining the perimeter of the site and agreement being reached to make ready a public open space.
Three conditions were imposed at Wednesday’s meeting.
The developer will have to do a number of things, including producing management and maintenance plans for the tree line and the open space.
The layout of the public open space will have to be agreed in writing with the district council – and it must be ready before the eighteenth home is occupied.
