Farmland in Sutton St James is up for sale – with an asking price of nearly £2million.
The 76.75 hectares (189.6 acres) of land at Sutton St James and Tydd St Giles is available as a while or four separate blocks.
Agents Savills say the land is Grade 2 arable and benefits from road frontage and drainage.
It is capable of growing high yielding combinable crops and sugar beet.
It has been farmed on a rotation of winter wheat, oil seed rape, sugar beet beans and oats.
Yields from past cropping have included wheat at 10 tonnes per hectare and sugar beet at 95 tonnes per hectare.
Adrian Wilson, of Savills rural agency team in Cambridge, said: “This is good quality, versatile land, farmed to a high standard and is offered to the market as a whole or in parts.
“We expect there to be strong interest in the various components.”
A farmhouse, grainstore, buildings and additional land may be available by separate negotiation.
The guide price is £1,840,000, with price on application for individual parcels.
