Valentine’s cookies in baking session

SUPERHEROES, villains and biscuits sent pupils on their way to a happy half term at Surfleet Seas End Primary School.

Youngsters involved with the school council had a mammoth baking session to create Valentine’s cookies, which they then sold to fellow pupils and parents to raise cash for school funds.

It is hoped the money will go towards fun outdoor projects in the summer.

Earlier in the week youngsters in years three and four enjoyed a session with Andrew Dickenson, of a company called Learn New Stuff, on superheroes and villains.

Their ideas will now be incorporatedinto an e-book for the school to share.
