Students and staff from Sir John Gleed School and the South Holland Post 16 Centre filled Spalding’s St Mary and St Nicolas Parish Church when they held their Christmas carol service.

The school choir sang “Let it Go” and individual students played instruments, sang and gave readings.

A school spokesman said: “The event was full to the rafters with students and staff all coming together to celebrate Christmas.”

The school and Post 16 Centre thanked the church for being their host and sent Christmas wishes to the church and wider community as well.
