Spalding firm Bakkavor has presented Gosberton House School with a £10,000 cheque following its successful Party in the Park in July. Bakkavor transformed the grounds of Springfields Conference Centre into a musical spectacular with live bands and singers including the QEII Queen Tribute Band, The Sensational Soul Band, Wild Boys 80s Band as well as a big firework finale. Gosberton House School – a local specialist primary school mainly for children with an autistic spectrum disorder – is Bakkavor Spalding’s staff shop’s chosen charity for 2014. The company is passionate about supporting its local community and over the past ten years it has donated over £600,000 to local causes.
