UNIVERSITY Academy Holbeach gave visitors a chance to sample some of the opportunities offered to students during an open day and evening.
Potential students and parents had a taste of the variety of courses run by the academy, including sciences, construction and health care.
Visitors were taken on a guided tour by students before having the chance to try out new languages, bricklaying and even testing blood pressure levels.
Vice principal Sheila Page said: “It was a very enjoyable day for us and we had about 400 people who came to see the academy in action.
“We always regard it as a very important day to meet prospective students who can see how we function on a daily basis.”
