A special fundraising day and raffle helped raise much-needed money for Gosberton House School in Spalding. A total of £640 was raised for the specialist primary school following the day-long event at the Draymans Arms in Little London.
A bouncy castle, provided by Briar Rose Bouncy Castles, at Holbeach, added to the fun.
Michelle Moffatt, who orgainsed the day along with Trish Elding, also held a special raffle in her Holbeach-based Central Fish Bar business.
Mrs Moffatt said: “My little nephew Thomas attends Gosberton House School and he has come on leaps-and-bounds.
“I wanted to do something to help them back and it was my way of saying thank you.
“I’d like to thank everyone who donated prizes for the raffle and also the people who came along to the fundraising day itself.”
The money is expected to be put towards toys and new equipment at the school.
