Youngsters visited Ayscoughfee Hall in Spalding to take part in a salt dough workshop, as part of Since Sliced Bread.
The contemporary art exhibition comes after a year of research by artist Fi Burke into the windmills and communities of Lincolnshire.
It focuses on history, good and contemporary art, while integrating the voice of millers, rural communities and the land.
Fi said: “I have been struck by the huge part a miller once played in our lives. How his (or her) relationship with nature and the amazing engineering of the mill put food on our tables through hard graft.”
