TWO drivers were taken to hospital after a collision which closed Spalding’s Station Approach for over an hour today.
Police blocked off both ends of the road after a crash between a silver Vauxhall Corsa and a grey Jaguar S-type at about 3.20pm.
A fire crew also had to be called to assist one of the drivers from their car after the door became jammed.
The Corsa driver was a 78-year-old man from Spalding and the Jaguar driver was a 48-year-old Spalding man.
Both received just minor injuries in the crash close to the town’s railway station.
