Gedney Drove End


ROYAL British Legion branch meeting will be held at the Wildfowler on the Wash on Tuesday, February 5 at 7pm. The quiz held in December raised £84 for branch funds. Christine Mitchell, the local Poppy Appeal organiser wishes to thank all members of the community for raising a grand total in November 2012 of £269.51.
MONTHLY bingo takes place at the village hall tomorrow. Doors open at 6.45pm with eyes down at 7.30pm. 


Gedney Dyke


BINGO will take place in the village hall on the following Wednesdays: February 13, 20 and 27. Eyes down 7.30pm. Refreshments are available.

Gosberton


COFFEE Pop-in is in the Gosberton Methodist Church on a Thursday from 9.30am. 
MESSY Church is in Quadring Church Hall on Friday, February 15 at 3.30pm. For more information contact Rev Ian and Pat Walters on 01775 840694.
THERE will be a planning meeting for the parish church flower and craft festival in the church hall on Monday, February 11 at 7.30pm.
GOSBERTON and District branch of the Royal British Legion meets in the church hall on Wednesday, February 20 at 7.30pm.
NEXT fun and fellowship afternoon at Gosberton Baptist Church is on Friday, February 22 at 7.30pm.
THE next Gosberton Parish Council meeting which will be the Annual Parish Meeting will be held on Monday, March 11 at the Public Hall at 7.30pm.

Holbeach


THERE will be a pancake morning, Saturday, February 9, 10am until noon at the WI Hall, Park Road, Holbeach. Pancakes and refreshments available. All welcome.

Lutton Marsh


LADIES Group will meet at the Methodist Chapel on Thursday, February 7 at 2pm when the speaker will be Jane Thomas from First Contact.

Pinchbeck


A NEW electoral roll for St Mary’s Church has to be 
prepared this year. If you would like to be included on the roll you will need to 
complete an application form. These are available on the table as you enter the church. Forms must be completed and returned by March 6.

Spalding


THE AGM of Spalding and District Flower Lovers’ Club will take place at the earlier time of 7pm tomorrow at the Grammar School. Prospective new members are welcome.

Surfleet


THE Surfleet Ladybirds are meeting on Tuesday, February 12 for the first official meeting of 2013. David Turner of Hills Department Store in Spalding is talking about the history and recent developments of the store. It promises to be an interesting talk. Meetings start at 7.30pm in the Fraiser Room next to Surfleet Parish Church. Non members always welcome, 75p a meeting. Yearly membership is £3.50.
