CROWLAND Women’s Institute is having a nearly new sale at the British Legion Hall on Saturday, 12.30-4.30pm. If you would like to sell your craftwork, please contact Janet Tysoe on 01733 210457. It will cost £5, and you don’t have to be a WI member.
FRIDAY’S Fun and Fellowship at the Baptist Church is on April 26, 2-4pm with table games, coffee, tea and cakes. All welcome.
THE annual Parish Council meeting will be held on May 20 at the Public Hall at 7.30pm.
‘A GREAT day out’ is the theme of St Peter and St Paul’s Church flower and craft festival which opens on Saturday, until Monday, May 6, inclusive, from 10am to 5pm. There will be a selection of craft stalls, bric-a-brac, cake, and plant stalls and refreshments will be served throughout.

HOLBEACH Seniors’ Link meetings for the coming year are tomorrow, at Whaplode Village Hall, Churchgate; July 10, WI Hall, Park Road, Holbeach; September 25, Moulton Community Centre, Broad Street; November 27, Royal British Legion Hall, Long Sutton.
THE popular craft market is here again at the Market House on May 31, 9.30am to 12.30pm.
There will be display of crafts, cards, jewellery and many other local crafts. Refreshments will be available.

THE next meeting of the Probus Club of Spalding will be on Wednesday, May 1, at South Holland Centre, 12.15pm for 12.45pm dinner. The speaker will be Alan Lambert, whose subject will be ‘650 years on the office of magistrate’.
SOUTH Holland Local History Group will meet on Friday at 7.30pm in St John’s Church lounge, Hawthorn Bank. Speaker will be Ian Blackamore on aviation archaeology. Admission is £2 and refreshments will be available. This is a change of programme.
