UPDATE THURSDAY 12 NOON: A Swineshead woman has been remanded in custody after appearing in court on three charges, including threats to kill.
Victoria Keal (28), of Drayton Road, appeared before Boston magistrates on Wednesday facing two other charges of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and criminal damage after a violent domestic incident at her home.
Keal was denied bail and is due to appear before magistrates again on Tuesday, via video link, when her case will be committed to Lincoln Crown Court for trial.
She was arrested and charged after an incident on Monday when a 46-year-old woman living at the house was found to have suffered minor injuries.
A 21-year-old man from Kirton, who police believe is also a family member, is currently on police bail having been arrested at the house on Monday night on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.
He is due to report to police for further questioning at a later date.
WEDNESDAY 10.30AM: A 28-year-old woman has been charged with making threats to kill in relation to what police called a “violent domestic incident” in Swineshead.
Victoria Keal of Drayton Road has also been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and criminal damage after the incident at the same address on Monday night.
She is due to appear at Boston Magistrates Court today after being kept in custody overnight.
TUESDAY 12.30PM: A 28-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after what police called a “violent domestic incident” in Swineshead yesterday.
Police were called to a house in Drayton Road after a disturbance was reported just before 8.30pm.
The woman, who lives at the house, was arrested after she was treated for head injuries at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston, and will be interviewed by police later today.
A 21-year-old man from Kirton, a relative of the woman, was also arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm but released on police bail pending further enquiries.
Another person, a 46-year-old woman who also lives at the address, suffered minor injuries and didn’t need hospital treatment.
