Street beggar James Waxman was handed a four month prison sentence, suspended for a year, for four counts of begging in a public place in breach of an anti-social behaviour order.

Waxman (34), now of Byron Close, Mablethorpe, will also be supervised by probation for six months. He pleaded guilty to the offences, one of them in Spalding.
