A man accused of having drugs with intent to supply them to others – and producing cannabis at his Spalding home – will appear at Lincoln Crown Court on April 17.
Ernest Zyga (32), of Low Road, is charged with having 55.31 grams of the Class A drug MDMA with intent to supply, 293.06 grams of the Class B drug cannabis with intent to supply, 28.58 grams of the Class B drug mephedrone with intent to supply and 1,139 tablets of the Class C drug known as TFMPP with intent to supply.
He is further charged with producing cannabis.
All five charges relate to July 16 last year.
Zyga was sent to the crown court on unconditional bail by Boston magistrates today (Thursday).
