Safe stolen in Bourne charity shop break-in

Raiders have broken into a charity shop in Bourne town centre and stolen a safe.

A gang got into the St Barnabas Hospice shop in North Street from the back of the premises and stole the safe overnight on Monday.

Anyone with information should call 101, quoting incident 87 of October 28.

Meanwhile, attempts were made to steal four cars parked in Victor Way and Graham Hill Way, Bourne, overnight on Sunday.
Anyone with information should call 101, quoting incidents 71 and 84 of October 27.

Police are also looking for a black Sinnis Harrier 125cc motorbike, registration number AK14 ZKZ, which was stolen from a street in Bourne.
It was parked in Brooklands Way, off Manning Road, when it was stolen between 4pm last Wednesday and 3pm last Thursday.
The bike was fitted with an alarm and chained, so the thieves would have made some noise in stealing the bike.

Finally, an attempt has been made to break into some garden sheds in Alexander Terrace, Bourne, during the past week.
Someone tried to force open a number of shed doors between last Wednesday and Friday, October 22 to 24, but failed and left empty-handed.
