Four men are to be sentenced later this month after admitting a conspiracy charge following an attack on an ATM cash machine.

Leo Smith,20, of Spriggs Road, Peterborough; Levi Smith, 49, of Coniston Road, Peterborough; Dale Smith, 28, of Malvern Meadows, Worcester; and Levi Mitchell ,31, of Gibb Croft, Harlow, Essex; each admitted conspiracy to commit burglary with intent to steal at the Spar Shop on London Road, Long Sutton, on 19 October this year.

The charge follows an incident in which a JCB was used to rip an ATM from the wall of the store during the early hours of the morning.

Levi Smith also admitted charges of driving while disqualified and driving without insurance on 19 October.

All four men were remanded in custody by Judge Mark Rogers at Lincoln Crown Court on Monday, November 16, to appear back for sentence on 27 November
